Features:

1.Blow-out proof stem
To prevent any mishaps caused by the stem flying off due to high inner pressure, a shoulder is fixed at the lower part of the stem. Moreover, to avoid any leakage that may result from the packing set burnout in case of a fire, a thrust bearing is placed at the spot where the shoulder at the lower end of the stem meets the valve body. This creates an inverse seal seat that ensures there is no leakage and hence prevents any unfortunate accidents from occurring.

2.Key lock
Using locks is a practical solution to safeguard the manual valve from non-authorized personnel unauthorized access. It is an essential measure to avoid valve misoperation due to sudden pipeline shock or unforeseeable events, which could otherwise result in serious accidents. Locking mechanisms are especially useful for combustible and explosive mediums, such as oil, gas, or chemicals, and in field piping locations where caution must be taken. Whether the valve is in full open or closed position, locking it could prevent hazards and ensure safety measures are in place.

3.Anti-fire safe design
The trunnion ball valve is typically used with a reliable sealing mechanism, where the seat and ball surface ensure a tight seal, and the seat retainer is sealed by an O-ring and the valve body. This soft sealing mechanism is known for its effectiveness.
However, in the event of seat and O-ring damage, the seat retainer and valve body can still maintain a secure seal by utilizing expanded graphite. This alternative sealing method is highly effective and serves the purpose of preventing fire hazards.
In summary, the trunnion ball valve relies on a combination of seat and ball surface sealing as well as seat retainer and body sealing to ensure a reliable and efficient operation. The use of expanded graphite as a backup sealing material adds an additional layer of safety, particularly in fire-prone environments.

4.Anti-static device
To avoid the creation of static electricity that could potentially ignite flammable materials and explosives and lead to an accident, a static-conduction spring has been installed between the ball, stem, and PTFE. This innovative feature ensures that static electricity is safely conducted to the ground, thereby promoting system safety and preventing friction between the ball, stem, and body. By taking this significant step, our ball valve safeguards against potential hazards, making it a reliable and secure choice for industrial applications.

5.Free leakage of body Sealed construction
The valve body and bonnet are securely sealed by both a gasket and an O-ring to prevent external leakage. This double-sealed connection is highly effective in resisting fire, high temperatures, shocks, and any variations in the torque used during opening or closing. These factors pose no risk of causing any leakage.

6.Double block&bleed(DBB)
The drainage and emptying devices are responsible for releasing the transmitter substance in the center cavity of the valve body when the ball is in either the fully open or closed position. Moreover, the self-relief seat allows the excessive pressure in the center cavity to be released towards the low-pressure end.

7.Emergency sealing
Compound injection holes are strategically designed, and compound injection valves are installed at specific locations, such as the stem/cap and body support of the side valve. The purpose of these valves is to provide an alternative sealing solution in case the stem or seat sealing is compromised, resulting in leakage. By utilizing compound injection, a second round of sealing can be applied to rectify the issue.
To ensure that the compound remains within the designated area and does not flow out due to the influence of external factors, concealed check valves are installed alongside each compound injection valve. These check valves act as a safeguard, preventing the compound from escaping under the influence of transmitter substances.
For easy and quick access, the top of the compound injection valve is equipped with a connector that allows for fast connection with a compound injection gun. This feature facilitates the efficient and seamless application of the compound to address any sealing issues that may arise.

8.Automatic body cavity relief
When the body pressure going up un-normally as the unstable factor,the trunnion ball valve downstream seat will be pushed by unnormal pressure,and the release the un-normally pressure automatically, it doesn't damage to the sealing of upstream seat.
